Invitation for Tenders: Procurement of Works

IFT Issued on: 7th July, 2026.

1. The Conference of Catholic Bishops of Ghana, acting through the Catholic University of Ghana,
   Fiapre-Sunyani (the “Employer”), intends to apply a portion of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF)
   to fund eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation for Tenders (“IFT”) is issued.
   Any payments made under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and
   conditions of the funding and conditions for the disbursement of funding. No party other than the
   Conference and the Employer shall derive any rights from the funding or have any claim to the
   proceeds of the funding.
2. The Works and the Contract expected to be awarded under this IFT.
3. More details on the requirements are provided in the Bills of Quantities, Specifications, Performance
   Requirements and Drawings included in the Tender Documents accompanying IFT.
4. These IFTs are open to all qualified firms registered with the Catholic University of Ghana, Fiapre-
   Sunyani. Qualification requirements are as described in the set of tender documents.
5. A contractor will be selected under a Request for Quotation (RFQ) method through the evaluation
   procedure, which is described in the set of Tender Documents. , in accordance with the Public
   Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended which are provided on the PPA website at
   www.ppa.gov.gh.
6. The prospective eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
   at the following address: Office of the Procurement Officer, Catholic University of Ghana, Fiapre-
   Sunyani, from July 7, 2026, starting from 9.00 am to 4:30 pm local time.

7.  A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from the Procurement Office by the registered contractors/companies with Catholic University of Ghana, Fiapre-Sunyani, after payment of a non-refundable fee depending on the project/lot for each set of Tender Documents.
   The method of payment will be by Banker’s Draft or cash payable to Catholic University of
   Ghana, Fiapre-Sunyani at the Cash office or through Momo number 0247182314(Catholic
   University of Ghana, Fiapre-Sunyani)
8. The deadline for submission of Tenders is July 21, 2026, at 10:00 am local time. Tenders must be
   delivered to the address below on or before the time specified above.
9. All Tenders must be accompanied by the specified documents and other requirements stated in the Tender Documents.

   • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
   • Valid Business Registration Certificate (renewal)
   • Valid Works and Housing Certificate – D3K3 and above
   • Valid Labour Certificate

10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers’
    representatives who choose to attend at the venue and location indicated below:
