How to Apply

Welcome to the Catholic University of Ghana located at Fiapre Sunyani. We are excited that you are considering joining our rich and diverse academic community. To accommodate all applicants, we offer two convenient pathways to submit your application: Online via our Admissions Portal or Manually by downloading and printing a hard copy Admission Form.

Method 1: Apply Online

Applying online is the fastest and most secure way to submit your application. It allows you to track your application status in real-time.

  1. Review Requirements: Ensure you meet the admission criteria for your chosen Undergraduate or Postgraduate program.

  2. Access the Portal: Click the portal link below to register an account.

  3. Fill & Upload: Complete the digital form and upload scanned copies of your required documents (Transcripts, Certificates, Passport/ID, and Personal Statement if applicable).

  4. Submit: Pay the non-refundable application fee securely online and submit.

Method 2: Apply via Hard Copy

If you prefer to fill out a physical form and submit it manually, you can download the appropriate Application Form below.

  1. Download the Form: Click the appropriate link below to download the PDF form.

  2. Fill Completely: Print out the form and complete all sections accurately using block letters.

  3. Gather Documents: Attach certified physical copies of all required supporting documents (Results slips, Transcripts, ID/Passport, References).

  4. Submit: Deliver or mail your completed application pack, along with your proof of application fee payment, directly to the Admissions Office.
